How to Return an Item

- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping provider.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order at clogsandsandals.com.

International Returns
For orders shipped outside the UK, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Customs fees are non-refundable.
